I know I am a week or so late on these but they turned out so cute that I just had to share! I simply made a pan of my favorite brownies and once cooled used my small circle cookie cutter to stamp out these brownie bites (you could also use a mini muffin tin). I then decorated them to look like Valentine chocolates using sprinkles, chocolate frosting, chocolate covered cherries and conversation hearts. I served them in an empty chocolate heart box to finish off the theme.


I think these would be cute to make for anniversaries as well! Nothing says 'I love you' like a homemade gift (and chocolate doesn't hurt either)!

Ghiradelli's Double Chocolate Brownies

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. ground Ghiradelli chocolate
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, and butter. Still till combined. Add in chocolate, flour, baking powder and salt. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
