Brownie Bites

I know I am a week or so late on these but they turned out so cute that I just had to share! I simply made a pan of my favorite brownies and once cooled used my small circle cookie cutter to stamp out these brownie bites (you could also use a mini muffin tin). I then decorated them to look like Valentine chocolates using sprinkles, chocolate frosting, chocolate covered cherries and conversation hearts. I served them in an empty chocolate heart box to finish off the theme.

I think these would be cute to make for anniversaries as well! Nothing says 'I love you' like a homemade gift (and chocolate doesn't hurt either)!
