Adapted from Elite Entrees.
I mad this super simple appetizer for my sister-in-laws high school graduation party. They were a huge it and gone in no time.
Green olives
Sliced peperoni
Fresh basil leaves
Small fresh mozzarella balls
Italian seasoning
Sliced salami
Black olives
Kabob skewers
Season the mozzarella with Italian seasoning. To assemble each kabob, place a green olive, peperoni slice halved, basil leave, one mozzarella ball, salami quartered, and finish with a black olive.
